Fracture loss
For tile products, a legal and industry-wide tolerance for damage applies: The buyer agrees to a maximum of 2% breakage loss. If you see more damage, take clear photos and report it within 24 hours to info@wdtegels.com. We will then provide a quick and free solution.
Returning an online purchase (right of withdrawal)
If you placed an order through our webshop and it's not to your liking, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.
However, we always recommend ordering free samples before placing a large order. Tiles are heavy, large, and expensive to ship and return. By viewing a sample, you avoid disappointment and unnecessary return costs—it's best for you, us, and the environment.
Return Policy
- You have a 14-day reflection period after receiving your order.
- After your notification, you still have 14 days to return the products.
- Products must be returned complete, undamaged and in original or comparable packaging.
Return costs
- The costs for returning are always for the customer.
- Please note: returning pallet shipments (such as tile packages) can cost up to €59.95, depending on weight and size.

Exceptions to the right of return
Some products cannot be returned:
- Custom products
- Custom-cut tiles
- Tile skirting boards produced especially for you
Please note: the right of withdrawal only applies to purchases made through the webshop, not for purchases made after a quote request.
Returns in case of damage or defect (complaint)
If there is any damage or a manufacturing defect, please report this as soon as possible via info@wdtegels.com , preferably with photos. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable and customer-friendly solution.
Return procedure

- Check that the products are complete and free from user damage.
- Pack the products in the original packaging or similar, sturdy packaging.
- Please contact us at info@wdtegels.com to register your return.
- You will receive instructions from us for sending or returning your products.
